Summer Healthy and Flamboyant Food

It's difficult to think of a more joyful time for eating than the welcoming of the summer! This season-marked by the summer solstice when the sun is at its northernmost position in relationship to the earth and daylight is at a maximum-is blessed with a particularly abundant and colorful array of seasonal foods. Fruits and vegetables of every color imaginable are available during the summer. Fields and orchards are somethimes overflowing with these foods. Our menu should follow suit, and we should make our plates flamboyant with fruits and vegetables of every color. there is no better time of year to put a full palette of food colors on display. The cherry reds of tomatoes, the sun-like yellows of summer squash, and the infinite shades of green-from the rich darkness of zucchini to the airy brightness of a fresh pea pod-all burst into view each summer.

The Day Without Gelato

Without gelato, the life still goes on, surfing in the net, writing letters and chatting.
Without gelato, the meals have to be eaten, meet, vegetable and soup.
Without gelato, the refriger is still full of chicken, pork and pighands.
Without gelato, there are still many sweeties, chocolate, cake and gum.
...
However, I'm always missing it whenever I want to eat something...

The Story About Train

The place I am living now is a quite tiny town named Povo, Although it is famous in Treno, because Engineering and Science faculties are here. In this small town there is located a train station, titled station of Povo mesiano. This is really small train station, only several trains passing by everyday, and only the smallest train will stop for several seconds. If you are going to catch train here, you have to hurry up, otherwise, you will miss it. It almost departs when it has not stopped well.

Today, I got up early in the morning and rushed out for catching the train from trento to a beautiful lake, caldonazzo, where one of my professor lives there, he wanting the students staying in Trento in summer to be there for trecking in the hills. The train, I planned to take is 10 minutes later today, and when a train is slowly into the station, I jumped into it, in case the train will leave. The door is closed just after I entered. I thought by myself, lucky girl today. But fortunately, I can not find my colleagues in this tiny train. Then a conductor told me I was in the train to trento...

This is a funny morning, but it is a strange combination of circumstances, I took many pics in the downtown on the road back from Trento train station to Povo home. I also ran back over the road of first day I arriving trento.
